Very close to the Motorway 3, the balcony. Mr Herald was very kind and helpfull. He gave me a tip about the way to walk with my dog, to the town center, by the river. I came back by train, line 5, stop in opposite the hotel. This morning, surprise: Herald cleaned my car glasses from the snow, a really kind gentleman! Thank you Sure, I will be back here

The staff was fantastic- polite, professional and very welcoming. The price was very reasonable for the quality of room I had. The location of this hotel is fantastic; while not in the "city center," it has a tram stop outside it's doorstep and centrum can be reached in just a few tram stops. It's a perfect location as its easy access to public transport as well as to the autobahn. It makes for the perfect hotel when going to town for a football match. Rooms were clean and comfortable; staff was extremely friendly. It was just a great experience and I'll be staying there again.

Staff very friendly, attentive, helpful. Room very comfortable, everything worked (except the kleenex-dispenser), bed comfy, wifi, small treats available at the front desk, breakfast very good. Everything just fine. And the tram stop was very close. When I asked at the front desk which tram-tickets to buy they gave me excellent advice. Advice where to get dinner was also perfect. I was totally satisfied

Room was spacious. Apart from the usual wardrobe, desk and chair, there was a lot of surfaces/shelves around where you could put your stuff, which is very handy in a hotel room. It also had a superb coffee machine with pods and a mini fridge. The shower was also very roomy. At the reception you can get free icecream too

Great location, clean and comfortable room very helpful staff. Undercover parking was a bonus. S Bahn stop was close by for access to the old town.

I do not really understand the rating of this hotel, as it is a very nice hotel with spacious room, balcony, on site free parking with great breakfast. I would definitely recommend the hotel. Stayed in superior double room.

Easy to find and garage parking for the bike(£10) if needed,although car park is on camera.

The room was super clean and big. Got the one in the top floor so view from window was amazing. Very cool elevator. The hotel has free coffee and ice cream for the guest. Only con is that because we got the top floor we needed to carry the luggage one floor because elevator doesn’t goes all the way up.
